My career in motorsports started in a familiar way: holding the flashlight for my Dad (apparently poorly) while he worked on the family cars.
After completing a degree in Racecar Technology, I worked briefly as a dynamometer technician before being hired as a fabricator at Underground Racing in Charlotte, NC. That high-pressure environment and excellent mentorship pushed me to grow my skills as a welder and fabricator, and I was eventually promoted to managing that department.
In 2017 I moved to Denver and started at 3R as a fabricator. I appreciated the challenge of having to be flexible and solve new problems everyday-in that time, I've never made the same thing twice! In the summer of 2023, I moved to my current management role. I sometimes miss hitting things with hammers, but I'm fortunate to work with such a varied and skilled team, and I thoroughly enjoy helping our customers achieve their goals!
Rhett
I have been fabricating and building cars for just about 15 years now! I studied at Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming. Here at 3R I specialize in custom metal fabrication and the fabrication of composite parts. Also I have a strong understanding of automotive mechanical and wiring. I have been into cars since I was a baby chilling in the garage with my father! My passion is to build peoples unique, fast and powerful dream cars!
Austin
With a lifelong passion for all things automotive, Austin brings a wealth of experience to the team. From a childhood spent playing with matchbox cars and making engine noises to a career encompassing vehicle repair, design, and even assisting customers with classic car insurance for their prized possessions, he truly lives and breathes the automotive world. Whether it's getting his hands dirty repairing vehicles, guiding customers through customizing their classic cars, or pursuing his need for speed by competing against himself on racetracks, Austin's dedication to the industry is evident.
Outside of his automotive pursuits, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his kids, exploring the Colorado outdoors on his motorcycle, and simply appreciating the natural beauty of the state. He's also driven by a desire to help others, making him a valuable asset to both our team and our customers.

I’ve been in the automotive industry for 22 years. I started by working for Honda and Nissan, where I reached the level of Master Technician. My interest in racing brought me to 3R in 2017. During the race season I do professional crew work for Kelly Moss Racing and Rotek Racing.
Zach
My passion for racing started at a very young age. I found my start in the industry in paint and restoration. In the summer of 2023, I started at 3R where I do a bit of everything including paint, composites, fabrication, and mechanical. I love the idea of creating something from an idea. Anything with a motor catches my interest!
Quinn
I’m fairly new to both the motorsports industry and 3R. However, I’ve been in the welding and fabrication industry for two years now. I graduated Lincoln Tech of Nashville in 2024 and am a certified structural welder. My initial focus at 3R is on composites. One thing I can appreciate about 3R is the great attention to detail on top of shop cleanliness.
