I have been fabricating and building cars for just about 15 years now! I studied at Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming. Here at 3R I specialize in custom metal fabrication and the fabrication of composite parts. Also I have a strong understanding of automotive mechanical and wiring. I have been into cars since I was a baby chilling in the garage with my father! My passion is to build peoples unique, fast and powerful dream cars!

  • Sean

I have 40 years of experience in body, paint and fabrication. I am a third-generation craftsman. My passion is creating something out of nothing, transforming whatever material I’m working with into an amazing, one-of -a-kind product.

I specialize in classic old school Restoration and Fabrication as well as the current day fabrication. I’m skilled at working with and in a wide variety of materials including composite material of all kinds, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, lead, iron, magnesium and brazing.

  • Cody

I worked at Stevinson Imports for 5 years gaining experience with Jaguar and Porsche. I have a huge passion for racing. I’ve been able to provide track support for a variety of car manufacturers in NASA, RMVR and PCA and have been involved in the local racing clubs since 2011. In recent years I have been involved with SRO and WRL. I’ve helped Rotek Racing with their Porsche and Mustang factory built race cars. In 2019 I joined the 3R team. My goal is to be able to do a full pro season with a Porsche team in IMSA.

My career in motorsports started in a familiar way: holding the flashlight for my Dad (apparently poorly) while he worked on the family cars. That's also how I learned a very select set of my vocabulary...

During high school, I spent class hours reading automotive magazines hidden inside text books and binders, and the evenings and weekends poking around the pits of the local tracks. After a few years of engineering school, I switched gears and earned a degree in Racecar Systems Technology (which is a real thing you can major in).

Growing up in the South East, and going to school in NC, it was almost a given that graduates would go to work for a NASCAR team, where you would learn that you must always sleep on the left side of the bed, use the left-most sink in your bathroom, and that smoky burnouts are the right and proper way to celebrate any occasion. Instead, I went to work for a small company servicing and installing dynamometer systems.

My next career opportunity was a big one for me at the time: I was hired as an entry level fabricator by Underground Racing in Charlotte NC. I was fortunate to learn an exceptionally high standard of fabrication, and especially stainless steel tube fitting and TIG welding in my first few years there, and was promoted to managing the fabrication shop. All was well, but the West was calling.

In the spring of 2017, I took a position as a fabricator at 3R. Having been very much a specialist for the previous 5 1/2 years, I enjoyed the challenge of learning new skills and techniques in an environment where every day and every project was something different. I also appreciated the customer facing side of my work, which was new to me. I found a lot of personal happiness in bringing the ideas of our customers to reality, which led me to my current position in the company. Since August of 2017, Project Management has mostly taken me out of the shop, which I do miss sometimes, but it has presented its own new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn. I thoroughly enjoy working with our customers and technicians/fabricators to help people pursue their passions.

I currently live in Aurora with my (sort-of) wife and our two very small dogs. When I take my 3R hat off, I'm an obsessive hunter and outdoorsman. As often happens when someone makes a career out of their hobby, I don't have much interest in building my own cars anymore (which have become progressively more boring), but I have taken up archery and long range shooting, both of which have a surprising degree of technical and conceptual overlap with my professional career, and seem to scratch that same itch.

My career in motorsport started when I had just turned 18 and discovered my passion for everything with an engine. I decided to move from the small town in California where I had grown up to Laramie, Wyoming and attend WyoTech’s one year training program in Automotive and High Performance. After graduation, my girlfriend and I moved to Denver to pursue our interests and grow our careers. From there I worked with Subaru for two years growing my experience. Then in May 2023, I was given the opportunity to join 3R’s amazing team and continue to develop my skills.

I moved from Ireland 4 years ago.

My passion for cars began with my first Hot-Wheels car when I was 2.

I spent 6 years in management with Audi.

I owned and operated my own shop in Ireland; where we did everything from basic service needs on day-to-day cars, right up to performance builds and custom fabrication and bodywork. I'm new to the Race Shop scene so I'm learning every day. I drive a tuned Audi S4 as my daily. I am heavily involved in organizing exotic car rallies here in Colorado such as #AutomobiliRally. Looking forward to meeting new faces here and taking on some exciting new projects.

We can make you faster. Come say hi.
